Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Ware in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden.

Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

Ausschluss bzw. vorzeitiges Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts

Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt vorzeitig bei Verträgen zur Lieferung versiegelter Waren, die aus Gründen des Gesundheitsschutzes oder der Hygiene nicht zur Rückgabe geeignet sind, wenn ihre Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde. Dies gilt beispielsweise für angebrochene Kosmetikprodukte.

Rückgaberegelung für Produkte

Aufgrund der Beschaffenheit von Hautpflege- und Schönheitsprodukten halten wir strenge Hygienestandards ein:

  • Rücksendungen werden nur akzeptiert, wenn: Das Produkt bei Lieferung defekt, beschädigt oder falsch ist
  • Meldefrist: Mängel müssen innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Erhalt der Ware gemeldet werden
  • Zustand: Das Produkt muss unbenutzt, ungeöffnet und in der Originalverpackung sein
  • Kaufnachweis: Quittung oder Bestellbestätigung muss vorgelegt werden

Nicht retournierbare Artikel

Wir akzeptieren keine Rücksendungen für:

  • Geöffnete oder gebrauchte Produkte
  • Nach der Lieferung beschädigte Produkte
  • Rückgaben aus Gründen des “Umentscheidens” (Change of Mind)
  • Reduzierte oder Aktionsartikel

Rückerstattungsrichtlinie

  • Rückerstattungen (falls genehmigt) werden innerhalb von 5–10 Werktagen bearbeitet
  • Rückerstattungen erfolgen über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode oder als Store-Credit
  • Liefer-/Versandkosten sind nicht erstattungsfähig

Allgemeine Hinweise

  1. Bitte vermeiden Sie Beschädigungen und Verunreinigungen der Ware. Senden Sie die Ware bitte in Originalverpackung mit sämtlichem Zubehör und mit allen Verpackungsbestandteilen an uns zurück. Verwenden Sie ggf. eine schützende Umverpackung.
  2. Senden Sie die Ware bitte nicht unfrei an uns zurück.
  3. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die vorgenannten Ziffern 1-2 nicht Voraussetzung für die wirksame Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts sind.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

  1. Electronic Withdrawal (Cancellation Button)

In accordance with § 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB), we provide an electronic cancellation function (cancellation button) on our website.

You can declare your withdrawal via the clearly labelled button “Withdraw from Contract” or “Declare Cancellation” on our website. The process follows a two-step procedure to avoid unintentional cancellations:

  1. Click on the cancellation button
  2. Enter your name and contract identification (e.g., booking number, invoice number) on the following page
  3. Final confirmation of the cancellation

After receiving your electronic cancellation, you will promptly receive an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (usually by email).

  1. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

  1. Special Provisions for Services (Treatments, Courses, Coaching)

For contracts regarding services (e.g., beauty treatments, training courses, coaching), the following special provisions apply:

  1. Commencement of service during the withdrawal period

If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the service provided for in the contract (compensation for value pursuant to § 357a BGB).

  1. Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been fully performed by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal. This requires that you as a consumer have given your express consent to the commencement of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and have simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

  1. Special Provisions for Product Sales

For the purchase of cosmetic products:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery 
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging 
  • Issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned 
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened cosmetic products unless they are defective.

  1. Declaration of Consent for Service Commencement During the Withdrawal Period

(Please note: You are not obliged to give this consent. If you do not give it, the service will begin only after the withdrawal period has expired.)

I am aware that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by both parties at my express request. If I withdraw from the contract before full performance, I am obliged to pay compensation for the value of the services already provided.

  1. Information on the Cancellation Button

The mandatory provision of an electronic cancellation button pursuant to § 356a BGB applies as of June 19, 2026. We will provide this on our website at a suitable, easily accessible location. The cancellation button is clearly distinguishable from the ordering and termination functions.

  1. Important Legal Notes

No right of withdrawal for B2B contracts: The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity). For purely B2B contracts, there is no right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations. An exception may apply to further training courses under the German Distance Learning Protection Act (FernUSG).

Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. However, we are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
